I would hold off on having anyone submit these forms until they are verified.. because several of the students already submitted these forms and on Feb 6th 2007 one of the judges involved in the case rejected these forms as being unacceptable... we still haven't found out why they were rejected yet either let alone given a new form.
Thats why they were never posted here....
I think that if people are to fill this out and submit it the receiver will just chew up more money from the account...
PLEASE HOLD OFF ON SENDING IN THESE FORMS.... because the latest info i have (which is as of this morning) no form has been approved by the judge yet...

-->to robcbrady
this form is 100% identical to the previous form several us submited as a "trial" and was rejected... why is this acceptable and the previous form wasn't?
Also the questions and ambiguities about the previous form were never addressed or fixed in this version.

Dear AZRealist and other students and individuals with claims against St. Christophers:
Please be advised that this form has been approved by Chancery Judge Malone. (I have attached a PDF copy of the Judge's Order dated January 29, 2007 to this post.) I suggest that your fellow students review the documents and discuss the same with their attorney.
Please refrain from making inaccurate posts that will have the unfortunate outcome of compromising valid claims held by your fellow students. If individuals with valid claims do not fill out and submit this form, any valid claims held by that person may be extinguished.
Regards,
Robert C. Brady, Esq.

i'm not trying to make inaccurate claims... myself and several others ALREADY submitted claims with the self address envelope as previously suggested, several weeks ago... with the EXACT same form.
we all provided the proof required and filled out the forms.
Since none of us received the return envelope as confirmation of our claim, we called the receiver. We were told that the form was rejected, as also told by the lawyer for the students....
The confusion about there being 3 places to check for whom we wanted to make the claim against, and that there were 3 lines to fill in amounts of the claims were never clarified and apparantly is still on the form with no instructions as to what needs to be done with it.
On top of that... several of us have submitted claims at least 3-4 times each in various ways that have all been initially suggested by the gibbons group, then by the students lawyer, then by the reciever and they all went unaswered or rejected...
Also please remember that this is a public forum, and that there is no way for you to prove that you are actually rob c brady (for all we know you could be our friend PL trying to waste more money from students, or you could be a former student or you could be a complete stranger who knows)...
all of these forms that you posted have been available on our internal forum for several weeks and have no doubt been e-mailed to all sorts of people already so having you post them here really means nothing.... sorry
so please forgive the skepticism when you come on a public forum claiming to be someone posting things that have been available and rejected already.
so if you can answer my questions as to why this form is ok.. but the other identical one wasn't?
why haven't anyone who filed received the return envelope? or funds? or requests for aditional information?
why haven't the people directly involved in the lawsuit been informed (as of today) that this form is available?

I personally had a conversation with the law firm and suggested they put it up on the lawsuit. The firm and Mr. Bxxxx are indeed who they say they are and if you doubt it, just call them. They are doing a good service to students in keeping them informed of the legal process.

I would appreciate it and I am sure many students would as well, that you not call the firm. You have no claim in this and yet, WE will be billed for your meddling. At $400/hr I know you and JF would likely be the prime one's showing up on the bill having conversations with this firm. YOU have no claim and are interfering. Please note that for future reference.
Should I see your name attached on any bill, I will forward it to you to reimburse the student body. I am sure being a self described consumer advocate you can appreciate that you will honor your committment to the people you claim to want to help. Even if its only because you seek to feel self important, IMO.

Actually they originally emailed me I believe. Perhaps you could share with the group how much money you have spent on this project to help others believe in your work. azskeptic

I am sorry, this is your business because why?
My legal fees and outstanding bills are certainly none of your business. My close friends and advisors that I use, know what it is. I don't live my life as an open book.
So please, don't meddle, I know you cannot help it as witnessed by your narcisstic question. And what group needs to know what my project is and to believe in it? I could care less if they don't believe it. Doesn't affect me.

Same here. Don't have to answer to others for what I choose to do with my money or time. We are in agreement on something.

no one cares about or wants your input on anything... no one trusts you in any which way...
oh and just because you say so.. i'm going to believe everything that is posted on a public forum that has no screaning or verification process... SURE....
and as futr said.. STOP CALLING THE RECEIVER AND WASTING STUDENTS MONEY.... you already are a problem... stop making yourself an even bigger one...
all i'm waiting for is a simple answer to the questions i asked....
just so there is no confusion..
1- why is this form ok when a few days ago the same form wasn't?
2- why is there no clarification to the problem of having 3 entities to which we can file claims against... no one cares where the students get their money back from.. they just want their money back... and i know that if the wrong thing is checked off the receiver will reject the claim but still bill students for it.

Since you don't trust this forum, moderators, or posters, it is more local that you write Mr. B or call his staff for an answer and share it with your inner sanctum of trusted advisors and friends.

we're trying to get answers from the lawyers... and as soon as we have them they will be shared with everyone... as you know.. anything that happens with this school spreads like wildfire via e-mail and phone calls and forums.. so as soon as we know.. so will everyone else.
Also one other important question i forgot to ask...
if this robcbrady is working for the receiver...HOW MUCH ARE YOU BILLING THE STUDENTS FOR SPENDING TIME ON THE FORUM AND TALKING TO Azskeptic (becuase i know you're not here out of the goodness of your heart).... if you're billing them at $400/hr... STOP.. you're wasting more students money...

yeah, maybe, but I am not interfering in your life and trying to prevent you from doing things which are perfectly legal and within the boundaries of the law and regulations. On the other hand, you are. Which makes you quite meddlesome and fascistic.

ok well looks like the answer is out... this form is now acceptable for use... no good explanation was given as to why it was no good before but its ok now.
It looks like students who have a file with an address already with the receiver did receive this form via snail mail also... or will receive them soon
so read the instructions on the sheet and file away... to save yourself a headache READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND FOLLOW THEM...
don't ask me for clarification on parts of the form because i don't know... i just read the instructions and filled it out accordingly.

Hello, yesterday I received the letter and the form. It is very interesting because the school do not owe me money, instead I owe them. Are they sending the letter to all the students and past students? I read in the forum not to call the receiver, but who can really explain me what is going on??? Once again I tried to contact the NJ office with no result.

yes this form is for anyone who is owed money.. past or current students...
word of advice.. if you don't have PROOF that you're owed money (eg receipts) don't bother submitting because it will probably be rejected...
Milrinone
If the receiver has any of your information you will get a letter, doesn't matter to them if you owe money or are owed money... so everyone whom they have an address on they will send a letter too
why you ask? because the receiver can bill for every page photocopied, every stamp paid, and ever letter sent, so they don't care... they're making money... in reality they're not looking out for the students they could care less... they're a business just like any other and see the cash cow that is the students funds...

Thanks for your response.
I have another question... Students that are asking for their money back, it is for tuition that they never took, or they are asking for all the tuition paid to the school? What about the transcripts? Did they resolved the problem? My best friend graduated two years ago and ask for a transcript, paid the fee, but the state has never received the transcript and she is about to loose the oportunity for the state liscence.
I read the forums without knowing what to believe and whom to believe. Tried to join the private forum, looking for answers, but it seems impossible. I'm afraid of not doing the right thing.

people are asking for money they paid and did not receive anything for it... ie --> you paid for second semester but transfered before actually taking second semester and never received a refund... or if you paid for a clinical rotation, never did the rotation, and never received a refund...
you can also request money if PL/SCCM wrote you a cheque that bounced... several students were given their money "back" but the cheques bounced... so they can also request money...
As for transcripts.. all you need to do is call the NY office... talk to FS and tell them that you need a transcript... they will then check to make sure the school has a complete file on you.. send it to senegal for evaluation.. then send you a transcript...
there has been very little trouble with transcripts as of late... PL has turned over all of the old records.. so unless you friend is missing something from the file.. or it was lost/destroyed somehow.. it should be no problems..
As for joining the forum... all you need to do is prove you're a student or grad and they'll give you access... i just scanned my stuff and sent it to them and was on the forum that same day...
2- why is there no clarification to the problem of having 3 entities to which we can file claims against... no one cares where the students get their money back from.. they just want their money back... and i know that if the wrong thing is checked off the receiver will reject the claim but still bill students for it.[/quote]
You can check the first 2, they are the same company incorporated in 2 different states. The last SCPM is a holding company for property owned by FS & PL, the ownership % is different than SCA INC, or SCA LLC.

Not PL (anyone who counters with the truth must be PL) and not FS butt boy (like others on this forum)...... Although inquiring minds want to know how much of the school has FS offered you? A lot of people are saying why hasn't FS or SCIMD asked them to post here.....

Ya see, I have a life, and soon my ECFMG cert (after I get my diploma), and a residency. While you get to post on the forum............

even if you're not PL.. and you're one of the other guy you're claiming to be.. you need to pass your USMLE's before they give you an ECFMG cert... so you could be waiting a while...

I don't want to burst your bubble but I have passed part I, part II, and the CSA. I just need to complete my rotations (6 weeks) then get a final transcript (Thank GOD it's not coming from senegal) and a copy of my diploma to get my ECFMG cert.
I want to wish you luck in your pursuit. While I am owed a tuition refund from FS I figure I let Mr. H*##* (the receiver) take care of that for me. Even before the receivers took over I never let anything come between me and my goal. Which is why I wished you luck. It seems to me that you have been employed to carry the tourch for someone else's cause rather than your own. Hopefully when all this crap is over you'll refocus on your goal. :)
