What's the MOA for this increase of histamine by tubocurarine? Contrast with succinylcholine.

histamine release by d- tc is not immunologic, histamine has a positive charge and is stored with negatively charged heparin and a protein in the mast cells...... the release of histamine is mainly related to the BULKY CATIONIC structure of d-tc .....in contrast succinyl choline and the newer competitive blockers have slender flexible molecules , thereby no histamine release!!!!!!!!
