St Barnabas/Newark Beth Israel

This is a choice for a "clinical center" for cores....but they are 2 separate hospitals. Does anyone know how many cores would be at each? Would it be split equally? or like all but one at newark, and then just one at st barnabas? or vice versa. I would appreciate some info from you 3rd/4th year ppl. thanks

it basically depends on your luck of the 'draw'
they split you up into separate tracts of teams....so some people do most of their stuff at newark or some people do most of their stuff at barnabas, or there is a mix of both. They split up your group for peds and ob/gyn so you get to decide amongst yourselves who will go to sbmc and nbimc during those rotations, but for med and surgery it is decided before you start. both programs are decent though...don't worry
