View Full Version : Chances...
Hi all,
The common question again...what are honestly my chances? To be honest, after a good deal of research, it appears that Carribean schools are becoming very competetive as well.
Stats
Undergrad GPA: 3.51
Science GPA: 3.51
Grad GPA: 4.0
MCAT: 26T (first time) and 28P (second time)
Interview with SGU and Saba coming up......
Thanks to anyone who replies with negative or positive feedback.

I don't usually tell people they definitely will get in, but i think your stats will definitely get you into SABA. I don't know about SGU, but I'm sure that you can get into there too.

Yeah, I agree that your stats will probably be good enough to get you into SGU.
Your MCAT is the weakest link but still pretty decent (likely above average) despite the fact that the admission criteria has been creeping upwards recently as the school gets more competitive applicants.

I know people with much lower stats than you that got into SGU for sure. Good luck!

i WAS going to say, here is the common answer, but, really- unless you are canadian, TAKE THE MCAT OVER!!!!! and apply to the US schools. Don't think you can get that score to a 30? Think again - i took that stupid test THREE times - THREE TIMES - with the last one getting me that magic number of 30 (11V, 11BS, 8PS)- if i had had your gpa- i wouldn't have just gotten on that wait list- i would have gotten in (my 2.7 UG gpa was always the annoying sore point- 3.6 Grad gpa)- you are sooooooo close!!!
