not sure but check the school website..... you might want to apply for the Dominica campus tho... its a lot better than the Aruba campus...... keyword is campus in that statement....

If you apply in June 07, you should be fine, provided you have all your requirements.

i honestly think that they will still take you if u apply in d ist week of sept.but why procastinate,if u are ready, apply immediately.
