Registration times?

Can anyone tell me what time registration starts? I know the 5th is the first day but I don't have much time to screw around any more (waiting to "register") and when I was on campus to inquire last week, no one was able to tell me anything other than "come back in January".

The reason I'm asking is that I won't have a registration voucher since I'm interim between 6th and 7th terms but I need to get a sticker so that I can get a parking pass and not have security try to deny me entry to anywhere on campus.
