I have a 30 ft cruising catamaran in storage in Jolly Harbor. If you have access to a dock at the condos there I will let you live on my boat for a very low rent and fees. Or you can buy the boat, live on it, sail it around on the weekends, go to Barbuda or Monserrat, and own the boat for less than rent!
here is more info on the boat: Boat Sold By Owner | A new way to sell your boat (http://www.boatsoldbyowner.com/sample2.asp?ListorID=24&listingsID=23)
There is already one student living on his boat in the marina and the annual cost is about $3000USD. In the condos I don't think there is any extra charge, you would just become their "spare room" and weekend toy!
