non approved school... where can one get a loan?

Does anyone know of any sites through which they provide loans for non approved schools? I guess the standard is teri approved ... so for schools which are not, what options are left for loans?

Private loans might be your best bet and then again it depends on where you are from. Cananda , Usa or other.
