Some questions about schoolarships and loans at SGU

I am a vietnamese man. I plan to study "premedical program" at SGU and then continute to study "Doctor of Medicine program" here. SGU is really a good school of medicine and i need some informations to decide to make application to SGU:

What kinds of scholarships and loans which a vietnamese student like me can take in premedical program and doctor of medicine program? What is the requirements to take them?
