patient with MEN1 in family history with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea not relieved by regular anti-ulcer meds, elevated gastrin, elevated gastric acid

dunno bout the diarrhea, maybe its cuz of all the ulcers produced by the disease, probably leading to malabsorption, in turn leading to osmotic pressure like in lactose intolerance
