Any suggestions on how to prepare for an FM interview. what questions should I ask them and what to expect from them.

why do you want family medicine? Do you prefer opposed or unopposed program? opposed is when there are other residencies in the hospital. Unopposed = you are the only residency program there.

do you prefer small/large program? Most fm's are not so big, so naturally, you tell them you prefer smaller programs.

You should look at Iserson's Getting Into A Residency, this book is very helpful!
