I am both a US citizen and a citizen of Italy. Are there any recommendations on applying For a loan (if it makes a difference I applied to the schools via my US citizenship as I am American born and raised) as a US citizen or Italian (if possible, since my residence is in the US)? The Loan websites are kind of overwhelming and after talking to Teri today I found out that most Caribbean schools are no longer listed with them (several still are, but you have to ask school by school...) Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Your question is not very clear , please try and simplify your question without all that citizens info or (Just use the Amarican bit for loans here). The italian bit might not work out in your favour for med school in us. But best to check with the school to which you are accepted ok and try and restructure your question so you can get a clear answer. Cool

I am a dual citizen - but since I was applying for US Government loans, I applied with my US Social Security number. Some of the private loans require US citizenship as well. I would just not mention the dual citizen thing, and you'll be fine.
