This is something that I am always forgetting. Here it goes:
1- Deficiency of complement factors C6, C7, or C8 - Associated with recurrent N. meningitis infection.
2- Deficiency of C1q - Associated with with a combined immunodeficiency with an SLE-like syndrome.
3- Deficiency of C1rs, C1s, C4 or C2 - Associated with SLE-like syndrome and glomerulonephritis.
4- Deficiency of C3 or C5 - Associated with pyogenic infections.
Let's beat this beast....
