I am getting about 55-60% of questions in Qbooks

Hey guys I am getting 55 to 60 % in the qbook's micro/immuno tests when I do the questions the first time around . I know that if you you are getting about around 60 % of the questions right in QBANK your scaled score is around 80 % . Would this hold true for qbook tests as well?

Q book is more easy than qbank, even do those are decent scores.

thanks.Q-book has some tests that are harder than others. I found the mirco easy - I was blown out of the water on two of the path tests. I found the behaviors tests easy. The best way to use the q-book is to do the tests for time for a 50 q block - be sure you can do it in less than 50 minutes. Score it review all the questions the first time then several days later retest and see how much you retained. Keep doing this till you score a 100% and know the whys for each question. Also work on your reading speed. Once you have mastered the qbook - go on to other q-books (Appleton & Lange, pretest, BRS, rapid review) and take NBME tests to diag for your weak subjects. Every couple of weeks leading up to the exam. Hope this helps!
