Windsor is not that bad? So since Windsor has been opened, there have only been 4 known graduates in their residency or finished their residency?! They have no track record. And those 4 probably got lucky getting their residency.

NO, there are not only 4 known graduates. The internet is not the final word in searches for Windsor residents. Some residency programs do not list the names of their residents online. Have you called the school and asked about the current residents? Also I looked up your previous posts and it seems that you are planning on going to St Eustatius. So my question to you is why are you talking nonsense about a school you don't even go to?

Here is the link to the current list that the school has. LINK (http://www.windsor.edu/residency.htm)

MDIN2009,

A lot of people who are not even Medical students come on these boards and bash schools for no reason. Windsor is an up and coming school and I know a couple of people who are in residency from the school. Keep your head up and focus on the prize.

I just want to know if I go to Windsor, will I:

A. Be living in a decent dorm, like in a typical US dorm
B. Be able to get a residency without having to kill to make it happen
C. Get assistance from the school to locate rotations and residencies
D. Obtain some form of financial aid to attend.

I'm currently in the Physicians Assistant Program at King's College in Wilkes-Barre, with a 3.6 GPA.

Some answers would be greatly appreciated.

A. Yes...I currently live at the Brand new Lime Kin Dorms. They are equal to dorms in US. There are three people to a unit and each of us has our own room. Each unit has a full kitchen and a living room with Cable TV. There is a Laundromat that is being built on site.
B. Yes...But you have to pass the Boards with a good score.
C. Yes...The school is putting more and more students in rotations each semester.
D. No...The school does not offer it at the current time. But for 5k with books and housing its one heck of a deal.

Ok... so somwhere between Quash's statement making it sound like a 3rd world country and what you have to say is where Windsor lies. This confusion is really annoying.

Do you have any pix of the dorms, or classrooms or ANYTHING school related you can post?

Thanks!

I LIVED AND WORKED IN BASSETERRE, ST KITTS IN 2002 AND FOUND IT A QUIET IDYLIC PLACE TO BE

id rather live in BASSETERRE, ST KITTS than in any of the US cities where i have lived........the sea is always near by........fresh fish straight from the boat in Basserterre Bay........lovely views from Brimsstone hill.........the beauty of seeing the sun rise over Nevis on mornings........the spontaneity and simplicity of the people ..........what is third world? you mean the savage butchery of others in the USA?

I have friends who just finished their med five in Ilanois, and preparing for USMLE, I think the school is on the right truck but they need loans, common now some bank has to trust the school.
