Which is better Falcon or Kaplan???

I want to get into the kaplan live prep or the falcon review, the courses that are about 6 to 7 weeks long. And I´d like if somebody would give me, the pros and cons about these two courses. Principaly, were do you think I´m going to get more for my money??, wich one can guarantee me a better success on passing usmle step 1?? and what are the differences of the material they give you in the courses??.
