2.B this is secondary TB, clues: weight loss, low grade fever, productive cough, APEX (big clue, b/c TB as aerobic and loves oxygen..the lower lobes are well perfused but have less ventilation)
3. C this is via P170, a drug transpoter glycoprotein (MDR gene)
