registration

Hi, do 2nd semester students register for next semesters classes at the same time as the new incoming students. Or do they register like 2 months before the beggining of the new semester like we did as undergrads?

Also last day of classes is always a Friday. Do we have finals on that day, or is friday the day we get our finals results and are free to go back to the states?
