Is January class filling up?

I was just wondering whether the January class quota is filling up.

seems so from the following e-mail I received.....
"Good day,
This email is to remind you that your second deposit of $500 is due by October to reserve your seat in the January 2007 class.
We have more than 400 students who have been offered a seat in this class and another 400 whose applications are somewhere within the admission process - still hoping to receive an offer of admission."
