A tablet is a piece of flat, smooth stone that you write on. Kinda like what was used for the 10 commandments. I don't know how well it would work for writing notes in your 1st and 2nd semester classes.

I wouldnt get a tablet unless I had some extraa bucks to waste. The only thing you cant do on a regular laptop is "write" notes on it...but I type fast..

don't get me wrong about the 2.5 Gs. it ain't nothing extra or somethin like that..the problem is ..i am a very slow typer.--(when i type, i am like.."where is the alphabet "s"..where the hell is "g"...") ..but again..do you think i should still buy that thing.

acutally a lot of students have tablets.
remember if you cant study well on a computer, like you cant read notes ( ica nt i need a paper infront of me) dont get a tablet, but if you can then get one, it makes life easier.
