How long and how many?

Can anyone tell me when IUHS first opened for "business"?
Also, has anyone any idea how many grads. they have so far?

End of 1998 beginning 1999. Dr. N from the U.K. used to own it. It orginally licensed the PBL program from University of Sydney, they used to have onsite instructors. Sold in 2003 to the present owners, UEIMS, they no longer use the University of Sydney program. The first graduate, 2000, was a transfer guy from another Carib. school. There have been reports of graduates, not all of them interested in practicing in the U.S. There are some confirmed in residency, for obvious reasons they wont reveal their names, I do know 2 of them.

Thanks for that. Doesn't sound like they've got an impressive number of graduates (let alone pracitising doctors!) considering the time they've been in the teaching game.
By the way, what went wrong with R.N. from the U.K.? I did hear that the course was simply not well enough tailored to USMLE.

Not exactly that because some students did well in the USMLE I, some did not. R.N. just decided to sell becuase he got a good offer on the school.
