everything is included. month to month, but prefer long term if you can.
everything, meaning gas, heat, water, etc.
the place is one huge loft, newly renovated, and basically we put up dividers and made three rooms out of it. if you have a car, theres a parking space right by it.
this is available for october, or starting possible the last week of september.
