Are the interviewers physicians or faculty members at SABA? I have my interview in a few weeks. It sounds like the interview won't be too bad from reading the other posts, but I am still pretty nervous!
Thanks

Faculty and administrators usually. 2 or 3 people on speakerphone, pretty laid back.

i am pretty sure mine was faculty (dr. so-n-so) and a student. it was not bad considering it was over the phone.
OMG i will be in the caribbean on tuesday and saba on saturday!! WOW...
Salutations "pedsurgery":
Be yourself in the interview and breathe. Be polite and remember to thank them for their time. Oh yeah, and make sure you don't miss the interview. Don't worry, they already see you as a potential student but they just want to get to know you better. Good luck and let us know how it goes for you. Ciao.

Just a note...the sound quality on their speaker phone SUCKS. I could not understand a single word they said and had to ask them to repeat themselves like 10x. It seriously was a bunch of mumbles.

Tell them that you are the COOLEST GUY EVER- then proceed to explain to them in impecable detail how the school will be making the biggest mistake of their existence if they didn't pick you! You should also demand for a scholarship covering full tuition and fees. If they agree to those, then demand to have a complext built named after you...
Can you see it now...? You're the man.
But seriously, the speakerphone sucks so go to a quiet place (like your room), dress up a little like you're going to impress a girl, have your credentials in front of you on a desk (transcript and personal statement), and try to STAND up as much as you can.
The above tactic (dressing up and standing) helps calm your nerves and helps you get in the mood for the interview.
I interviewed with SGU in my boxers, with funky morning breath, and very laid back. I then interviewd with Saba when I was a bit more awake, dressed-up nicely, and attentive. Both went well, but I felt more professional with the latter.
Hehe.. I chose Saba!... but I did it for the goats.
