Hey!
I was wondering if there's anyone who's been to St Petersburg Pediatric Medical Academy in Russia or knows anything about it or anyone who's been to St Petersburg and knows for a fact what life, education, and the society as a whole is like and all for foreign students (esp people who've lived through it) because I'm considering going there to do medicine. :-D

hi,
St.Petersburg is the one of the beatiful cities in the world with 1 of 2 pediatric academies in the world. World class education in any of medical universities.
Of course, if you have money living and studying there should not be a problem. Language problem is the main concern if you are not fluent in russian (and i mean fluent).
Life is still difficult, education is tough the typical day is from 9 am to 6 pm every day, sometimes even on saturdays....With medical universities it is even tougher, but knowledge and experience you get is just amazing, if you can survive the tough load in the university plus living conditions.
Oh, and most important part the diploma from Russia is not acceptable in States or Europe (hopefully some day those d*** will understand that russian medical education is above standards)
Can i ask you a question? Why do you want to go there study (not enough adrenaline)? and do you speak russian fluently?
Hopefully i helped a little bit,

So, what was the problem?
Can you compare these two universities (L2 vs L3)?
