I know that Saba and MUA are sisters and my question is that is it true if you apply for Saba and get rejected, you application will automatically be forwarded to MUA? If yes, does that mean that I should not apply for MUA but SABA first?

From what I've read on the forum, this is true. But I didn't want the process to take longer than it would otherwise, so I sent apps into both schools simultaneously.

Don't know if that is necessarily true! My son applied to both Saba and MUA separately. He was fortunatley accepted by both universities and therefore had options. I would check with Gardner before I assumed too much! Best of Luck...

If you apply to SABA and are rejected and they feel you are qualified for MUA, your letter will say as such. They forward a copy of your application to MUA as a courtesy. If they review your SABA app and feel you are qualified, they ask you to submit an application (app fee, new transcripts, application) to MUA. I don't know if they require new LOR's. Anyway, to the best of my knowledge that is it. Also, if you have your interview before they receive your info and you are accepted, it will be conditional until they receive the originals. Hope that helped.

By the way, I know first hand unfortunately, but that is how it works.
