Anyone interested in J1 waiver?
It is not that painful as one thinks.
I went through Conrad 30 program but now with new delta program there more and more spots available.
I suggest to have the lawyer especially at H1B step - the paperwork is very confusing
I had good experience with Mrs Feldman from Champaigne, Illinois, very good communication and guidance.

Hello

I am an internal medicine resident of j1 visa.
I will be graduating on late november 2010 5 month off cycle. I have been told that I can not apply for 2010 j1 waiver since I am off cycle and to be specific , that you have to start work 90 days after your waiver is approved. It seems very ridiculous because my ds paper would finish november 2010 not july ?
anyone have an answer?
