starting premed in september , help on choosing major

I know that it doesn't matter what major I choose , but am wondering if majoring in business would be detrimental in getting into med school ?

Majoring in business would be absolutely fine.

I'm majoring in Philosophy, this is a really good major since it allows me to take some of my Pre-Med classes to fulfill gaps.
