Governor's Harbour - Right behind the School!
This place is available to rent from 1st August. It's about a two minute walk right behind the school. It's in Governor's Harbour and it's a 3bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3 storey house on the canal. Two of the bedrooms are double beds and the top bedroom bedroom is a single. I'm renting the whole house out at CI$3,000.00 per month. I will require deposit and first months rent upfront. Sorry but there is no dogs allowed by the strata.
West Bay Home - Never been lived in!
I also have a cheaper house to rent in West Bay. It's just being built and will be completed in mid-July. It's a 3bedroom, 2 bathroom stand alone house in a lovely quiet new development. There is a garden and everything in the house will be brand new. All the furniture is being shipped at the moment. In the master room there is a four poster king size bed, in the second room there is a queen bed and the third room is two twin beds. It will come with 42" plasma TV, panasonic surround sound etc. I'm looking for CI$2,600 per month and will require the deposit and first months rent upfront. Pets are no problem in this house.
