I can at least tell you who has control of SC's medical school records currently...the accounting firm that is doing the liquidation
Price Waterhouse and Cooper is liquidating SC and has the medical school
records
telephone 011447711137251 That is the beginning of finding your transcript I would think? Try this and see what they tell you. I just learned this info a few minutes ago

this is a very small piece of a much larger and more complex puzzle... for obvious reasons, contacting this firm will not result in any kind of official transcript being issued... any current or former STUDENTS with questions about records should contact the Dakar, Luton, or New York offices... farmers should not.

Contact who? where? when? there is no answer in the NY office. If you are lucky a lady with an attitude will answer with no information about it.

Farmers know where their eggs are at: apparently SC students need some help in finding their transcripts. We now know where the medical records are. If I was a student I would contact an attorney, file a lawsuit and get the records released to an accreditating agency, which is what happens when a school folds. Then students could show their new schools legally what they have done. In the egg business, we have a saying: sell them or smell them. your medical records and transcripts aren't getting any better with age either.

I called the NY office and this really rude lady told me that they don't have the transcripts blah, blah, blah....No one is there to help us. No one will give us answers to where OUR records are and when we will be able to get them.
I don't know if anyone else encountered the same rude lady at the NY office or not. Ha ha ha!! Way to run a business. Have a lady with attitude greeting customers. :) ha ha!!!!

You now know where your records are. They are in the possession of the accounting firm that is liquidating SC. See what they tell you. The only way to salvage it is to get them into an accreditating agency like AACRAO,etc. The play for the pretender schools to the throne of SC is to keep you thinking that THEY have them but that doesn't appear logical.
also if SC-IMD is actually the original school then one would assume they have all of the liability for the lawsuits, etc. since the school was just run by an employee, per their postings. That is an amazing concept,eh? not bad for an egg farmer?

"AACRAO does not get involved in things like this.
The only way we might be involved, for example, might be to help a colleague
research how to get official transcripts from a closed school if the
colleague said they had a student applying from the closed school and the
student (or the registrar's office) didn't know how to get official
transcripts from the closed school.
In this case, I would say that the students should contact PWC, as suggested
below.
If you do this and find out what PWC is doing with the transcripts, that
might be good info to post on your Web site?"

I called the NY office as well. I keep hearing that the records are tied up in court. Is this true or not? I asked which state the courts were in and the lady did not know?! This lady does not know anything. FS is supposed to be in tomorrow. Anybody know if the records are in court or with the PCW group and the state in which this is taking place? I have already transferred to another school, but they do not have a complete transcript yet. I don't have access to Student Union, because nobody wants to give me access. Therefore I cannot follow anything.....how retarded is that....

I am in the same boat. I was told to start over since they don't have my transcripts. :( I guess I should be thankful that I am out of the H hole. :)
