Which of the following things should be done first in this case:

a 44 y o male in a MVA. he's unresponsive with spontaneous respiration.Hr=110/min, bp=100/60 mmhg, rr=10/min...he cant be extricated from car,chest clear, S1,S2 heard normally....

1. intubate
2.stablilize spine
3.do jaw lift manoevre
4.cricothyroidotomy

please help guys!!

answer is A intubate the patient because his airway is going to be compromised.

Airway, Breathing, Circulation... or the ABC. That what you need to know, it's answer no.1
