I've been accepted to SABA, yet I don't have an MCAT score. I was wondering if not having that score will ever come back to haunt me? Is there anywhere such as residency applications, etc, where they might ask for it, and not having it would hurt me. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

MCAT is used for Medical school admission only. After that nobody cares because it does not predict anything of value for the rest of your medical career. Most likely would be handy for bragging rights over cold beer with insecure people. It is like your SAT score after you graduated. It means nothing. Just a step or hoop you had to jump threw or over. Once done - of no use.

The day after you're accepted to a medical school, the least important fact you know is what your MCAT score was (or wasn't). Nobody gives a rats glutes about it, ESPECIALLY for residency.

The important residency test is Step I of the Boards. Work hard, study hard, do well on them.

Nope... not one time did it come up during my residency interviews.
