Bias.. we all do it, but what does it mean in medicine?














happens when we favor one outcome over another.. there are four types, can you name them?

the four types are:
Selection--sample is not random
Recall--the knowledge of the disorder can alter the recall by the subjects
Sampling--the chosen sample is not representative to the study being done therefore we can not make generalizations..
Late-look--the inappropriateness of when the information was gathered..
