Just curious if any SGU students have done either CORE or elective rotations at UMDNJ in New Jersey, either at NJMS or Robert Woods Johnson?

Thanks

unless I am mistaken UMDNJ is NOT a affiliated program I just checked the website and it is NOT listed in any capacity. Therefore you cannot do cores there, you have to do core rotations at an SGU affiliated program the are listed on the school's website. You could however do what is called an away rotation there IF UMDNJ accepts students from foreign schools for away rotations. The only way to find that out is to call the hospital you are interested in rotating at and ask.
to sum up check the list on the website, you can do cores at the ones listed there, that is it. Electives are also done at affiliates EXCEPT for a certain number of weeks which MAY be done at non affiliates. call any other place where you would like to rotate for Electives
good luck

BelgianDOC is correct. I have heard of a couple of people doing some electives there...however, some programs are non-foreign student friendly I have heard. You just have to check it out for yourself and email or show up to the secretary of the department and find out.
