There was, at one time, an issue about a very unforgiving exam system at the 3rd Faculty. I can't remember the details: something like exams at the end of 2 years, not 1, and the possibility of having to repeat the lot.
They do say something on their web site about a 2 year cycle, but nothing of course about the failure rate. Hopefully someone who is actually studying there can advise: my info. may be dreadfully out-of-date.
Regarding quality, it's the same old story- not much difference. Again it's down to your personal preferences- you might like the way the curriculum is structured there. Have you looked at their web site?

Ok, cool thanks!. yes,ive looked at their website. It seems ok. But yes, it would be good to have somebody's first hand info.

Failure rates seems to be a predominant issue in the region.

examinations

lots of credit tests during year, you have to pass credits to be allowed to take the exam at the end of the year, difficulty of obtaining credits vary by subject. one HUGE oral cross-field exam at end of year covering all subjects. you have three attempts to pass. fail three times and you need to repeat the year. i don't experience the system as unforgiving, quite the contrary. doesn't mean its easy (medschool isn't), means u get a fair chance. i dont have failure rates, depends a bit on the class. first year maybe 50% failed the 1st attempt, most of them passde on 2nd attempt. a few dropped out, a few repeated. the dropouts realised medschool wasnt for them, the repeats simply werent motivated enough.

reputation
dont have the foggiest idea

standards
hard to tell since i havent attended other medschools i can compare it with. some profs are good some are bad. some lectures good, some bad. academic standards seem to be high (but its something of a paradox to evaluate the academic standards of your teachers). professors are up to date on research and thats always a good sign.

curriculum is structured differently from other schools in czech republic (and parts of europe in general i think). subjects are taught in parallell to each other. rather than having 6 months anatomy, then 6 months biochem, then 6 months physiology, then 6 months whatever... we have two years of simultaneous anatomy, phys, biochem, whatever...
some students find this approach confusing and disordered. many (including me) like it. topics overlap in various subjects and end result is a more integrated map of knowledge. easier to see the connections.

hope this helps. have to get back to studying for that exam i mentioned:)
