H1 Visa

Hello everybody,
Recently I have join this extremly helpful forum. Thanks for all the information.
I have a question about UTMB ( galveston , TX ),somewhere it says that they sponcer H1, I have asked this question to Alligrah Medical asso.( US ) and reply came "yes" while on line some places it says "no"
I am IMG, finished USmle step 1,2,3 CS
does anybody has the knowledge of UTMB ?
what are my chances to get into Internal medicne ( anywhere in US with H1 Visa ) ?any suggestion which are most IMG frindly institute ?

best way is to call your program in UTMB and ask them

one more question >>> is it possible that in the same institute one department sponcer H1 and another dept. dosn't ?

mostly in universities, the ploicy is same for all but i found some progs who dpnt sponsor visa for obgyn but sponsor visa for medicine...these were mostly community progs
