Saba Application -- Fillable PDF?

I downloaded Saba's application from the website, but it doesn't seem to be fillable with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Am I doing something wrong, or do I have to actually write this thing out by hand? :confused:

Unless you have a licenced version of adobe, I don't think that you could even save anything you enter. So really no point. Just fill it out by hand. If you have bad handwritting, that means you are already on the road to becoming a doctor. Good luck
