"Clinical clerkships cannot be completed in Pennsylvania by medical students in an unaccredited medical college.
To be licensed in Pennsylvania, applicants must meet the requirements for licensure in order to be issued a license.

PA is the only state that has no provision for FMGs to be accepted for clinical rotations. However, PA does accept FMGs as residents provided that the state's strict criteria for training have been met.
