Airport Code?

Hi,

I want to book my flight to attend the next semester starting in May but Im unable to figure out the airport code.

I think its GCM (Grand Cayman Islands) but Im not sure.

Can someone please tell me the airport code?

yes u are right it is GCM

yah thanks. I knew it was GCM but the dam agent for american airlines confused me over the telephone telling me that I am asking for the wrong destination location that doesnt match the airport code. Word of advise to anyone else, there is only one airport at Cayman Islands and a select number of airlines will go there.

P.S. if anyone is wondering I got a really nice ticket for $703 (SFO to GCM) including taxes and booking fees on expedia on american airlines and cayman airlines. Took me the whole freaking day to find it though. :p

There are actually a lot of airlines that come here.

Delta, American, US, British, Continental, Jamaican, Cayman, Island Air, etc.

"There are more than 55 weekly flights into the Cayman Islands including 28 flights each week between Miami and Grand Cayman with connections to Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. Direct service from Miami is provided by Cayman Airways and American Airlines."


Also, Cayman Airways & Continental fly direct from Houston and Delta is direct from Atlana. There are other direct flights also, these are just examples. And don't forget about Spirit Air.
