Another loan question...

I have been accepted for Jan 07 and am planning on paying for tuition with loans. The situation is that I am getting married in August.
Should I go ahead and apply now with putting my fiance on there and just tell them that I am getting married in August or wait til I am married to apply?

one more thing... If someone cosigns for the loan does it show up on their credit?
My potential cosigner plans to buy a new house in about 2 years and they are wondering if it will affect the amount they can get loaned for their house.
