I know that this topic has been discussed but any news on SABA being accredited in Texas? I talked to this Dr. who is doing an Endocrin Fellowship at the HSC in San Antonio but has not been able to yet. I was wondering if anyone knew of any Dr's who are fully liscensed and board certified practicing physicians in Texas. Thanks.

I am not from TX so I can't get you an instructive info. PM Wolfgang 22 if you have any concerns regarding licensure in Texas. He's from TX and is thinking of practicing there. He will probably give you better info than anyone else.

I live in TX. It is NOT approved by the TMB. It will take many years before it will be brought up...is what the TMB in Austin told me. So a few words of wisdom..if TX is a must...then SABA is not the way to go.

Maybe Ross, AUC and SGU are the better options. Ross maybe your best pick as far as TX goes because Ross grads don't have jump the hoops like AUC or SGU grads do...

Thanks for the PM, check your inbox for a reply.
Don't go to Saba thinking it is your ticket to Texas, as you have to dot all the i's, cross all your t's, be really nice and then pray they are having a good day on the TSBME for you to get licensed if you fulfilled the labrynthine requirements.
Best advice is for all from Texas is to read the TSBME licensure rules on their website, it's easy to google. Then read them again, and pick the school that best suits your needs according to your research on each.
