Students do bring their pets - but, you can't be in the dorms with them.
Also, some places won't rent to people with pets. You'd have to find a place to live that accepts pets. If your pet is an outdoor pet, you'll have problems. Yards tend to be pretty small, and poorly fenced if at all. Also, you'll be at school pretty much all day, every day, from at least 8AM to 3 or later.
There are issues with flying pets, do a search. Vet care is available once a month (more or less) when the vet comes over from Sint Maarten. Selections of pet food are limited.

I am trying to decide if we are going to be bringing our dogs with us- does anyone know what types of dry dog foods are available on Saba? Would there be a better selection on St. Maarten and just bring it over on the ferry?
Thanx

I think there is Purina in the stores. No Iams (what I fed my dogs back home).
You can buy food on Sint Maarten (Cost-u-less and FoodMart) and they'll ship it over for not too much money. I gather that most pet owners (especially of larger pets) do that.

There was a thread about a month ago that discussed all of this already... please search back about a month!
