White Coats/ Scrubs

Are we supposed to buy our white coats & scrubs beforehand or do most people buy them from the island in the book store or something? Because the welcome packet never mentioned buying these things in advance. Thanks~:cool:

Get them cheap @ home. You will only need a short white coat (long coats are used when you graduate, you have to "earn" the long coat) anyway, that's if you decide to go to the WC ceremony. I would bring scrubs, unless you want to get your clothes wet in "cadaver juice", the smell is fantastic..
so recap, buy cheap scrubs @ home, you will probably will throw them away.. or "borrow" ones from the hospital where you're doing volunteer work.. ;-)

You can get scrubs from Wal-Mart or Cititrend.

anatomy has NO required fashions.. ;-)
you can wear shorts and flip flops if you want. but again, cadaver juice is not nice on your toes... so just buy cheap scrubs, walmart, or online.. just google it.. a lot of people wear them or just use old clothing... you don't NEED a long coat.. the smell will impregnate your clothes, you will probably will wash 'em and throw them out @ the end!!!!!!!! MINI III tomorrow!!! Semester 2 is @ the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wal-mart near me sucks, because I can't find any of the stuff people say just go to walmart :/

You can also find scrubs at uniform stores.
