Hello Everyone
I just found out today that I've been accepted for May 06. Are there any gay or bi guys in ross that will start in may or sept or that are there already? Just message or private me on here. See you all.

Just remember that you are going to be in the caribbean so act accordingly.

yea, especially after the reports on PlanetOut News about the recent (thursday) issue on St. Maarten.

Um act accordingly....does that mean when we head to the island we should bring well coordinated pastels and big floppy hats and sundresses?

JUST KIDDING :-)

Seriously though, I went on a date with a gay ross grad once (nice guy too....although being fresh off the island he made me take him to walmart..(now that's a hot date!). He said there are always a few on the island, and the key is just (same as everywhere...) staying out of the types of relationships that are going to get in the way of studies. See you all in a couple weeks.

Human nature may be defined by multiplying our self acceptance by our self awareness. Only then will we truly realize the family resemblance.

Celebrate your gifts, you may be surprised who wants an invitation to the party.
Funny thing about diversity it exists EVERYWHERE.
Kinship is more enjoyable when explored rather than declared.Just be your self. Those to whom you are kindred will know you....

Best of luck,
Alec

I should look at Ross. There are only a handful of "out" people at AUC. Sounds like there is a better pool.
Two of us (gay AUCers) are heading to the island (Dominica) next week. Private me on anything exciting to do there. We are planning on hiking around for the AUC break next week. Thanks.

I think I only remember one or two gay men in our class...although, you could tell they were gay just by talking to them. I guess there are probably those who you can't easily tell or are still on the deciding point of whether or not they're gay...but probably at most, 5 total per class.

While I'm all for making this a great place to socialize and meet people, let's just make this clear that everything that passes through ValueMD should be PG.

^^ why should everything be PG when most members are adults?

not really more than so many of yours were about sex life on the island. Please let the thread stay on topic, and within terms of service.

JCU was tying to start one but due to such a low turn out, he couldn't proceed at this time. If others would in fact like a LGBT club on campus, please contact him and make a effort!
