Hi all,
I'm starting in september 06 and I'm wondering if there are any excercise afficionados out there...
I'm a ballet dancer and I'm a little freaked about not having anywhere to take class on the rock. I hate running and I hate the gym.
Is anyone interested in starting a yoga class with me? Maybe we can alternate teaching the class and see if anyone else shows up. Could be just what we all need.

There is a fitness place here in Windwardside that has yoga and pilates. It is not a gym. They just changed ownership and the new owners arrived this weekend. I'm sure they'll be up and running by the time you get here. You might want to check them out. Maybe they need an instructor??

I know they also had massages there too.......Sadly, I've not had one yet.

There are some current students that are yoga fans, you probably will be able to organize something.

Hey, I am a yoga instructor and when the new owner of vitality yoga studio comes back to the island, she and i will be teaching classes and such. they do not do massage there any more but there is day spa. I also help out there and we do massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and so on. if you are not YA registered or a yoga instructor, i don't really suggest looking into teaching any classes, but she may be interested if you want to teach some kind of dance class, i am not sure. you can e-mail me if you have any ?? fyrdncr21@yahoo.ie

 I'm happy to hear there are yoga classes! How much are they? Are there any classes that we can take (do they conflict with our class times)?
Any ballet?
Anyone interested in ballet class?

hello doctor daisy chain and other friends of Saba!!!
I am starting this May 2006. I have done a lot of yoga here in the U.S. and I am looking forward to doing some yoga on Saba...if I have the time!! Now, about the ballet...I have never done any ballet, but maybe I will give it a go one of these days...after all, I think Arnold Shwarzenegger (spelled right?) did a lot of ballet (I am not joking about this folks) and he is man like myself. :)

I would be willing to give yoga a try. Ballet is a different story...my body isn't exactly "graceful". Ahhh-nold Schwarzenegger did ballet? Are you serious? I hope it was before he started body building...cuz I can't imagine him fitting into a pair of tights. Bad image actually...
