I would like to know if there are really international students at SGU(graduated from US undergrad) and how difficult it is for them to get into residency programs?

sorry about that. I was wondering if there were students in SGU from African countries who are not US citizens but went to Undergrad in the US. How difficult is it for these students to get into residency programs in the US?
