Any idea when Maine is closing shop? I assume within a year but no one here in Maine wants to give a straight answer. The academic coordinator is leaving smu for a new job, that makes me wonder if she knows something we don't. With the SJC program done with for new students, I think its only a matter of time. Well I am just wondering if anyone has any better ideas or has heard anything diffrent.

They sent out an official e-mail saying that Maine is ending after the next incoming semesters finish out the program
- I don't think anyone's keeping that a secret...

Hyloran, then everybody stays in Cayman unless they get another arrangement with Michigan or Florida. Have you taken the Step yet? If not, good luck. Tell Rifster I said good luck too.

Camden I think you are talking about the SJC email. I don't remember getting an SMU email saying when the campus here is done.

Also, what's going on with this Maine thing? Are those of you in Maine right now going to have to move back to Cayman?

No. The Maine masters program is accepting its last students in May, so in December the last classes should be held here (unless they get something to replace it with). Hopefully, they will replce the program. The Maine professors are awesome. Guess I'll be taking the step at the end of May.
