I heard the buzz from another website that this site has some good and valuable posts from a Thomas guy. I heard from several it let them go from a failing score to finally passing. Is this true that his posts are worth the time. I browsed them and they look good and best of all they are free. What da ya all think? I have my own test later this year. Plus, the site is not letting me download the yielders. How come? Is there a super secret password? or do I have to cough up more dollars for Thomas Posts?

The site is temporarily not working, and the good moderators are trying to find out why; tommyk does come into the forum and post questions.. the thread will read "HY" (high yield) then the question number; it's very good.. because he posts the questions and answers, and why it's the answer compared to the another answers; Plus it's fun!!

there is a temporary way of downloading the tommyk questions... on a previous thread, please do a search.. I did not write it down; If I find it, I will post it here for you...

thank you.

With some exaggeration, some of my friends said the posts really helped them in a serious way. Thanks for the link.

We're not aware of any current problems. Tommy's High Yield download (word format) was temporarily unavailable recently, but that issue was resolved about a week ago. If you're referring to something else, please let us know so that we can look into it.

I'm sorry... I was not trying to cause any problems; it was the same problem that you referred to one week ago, and I assumed that it was the same problem. I did not go back and try to download tommyk questions when I read RR post; I apologize for any misunderstanding..

I heard the buzz from another website that this site has some good and valuable posts from a Thomas guy...In Meg's hints she used TommyK questions (http://www.valuemd.com/tommy.php) in her quest for a 259/99 on the step 1 exam. I would expect others from SDN have done the same without admitting it. He has his post numbered so they at 29xx something right now. Unlike the books which take a year or two to write - TommyK stuff is current with "current common" medical practices which are on the exam. It takes FA a year to republish so they are off by a year. So FA 2006 is really based on the 2005 exams. A point worth remembering.
Take my opinion with a grain of salt or .02. I plan to study his questions during my basic science.
