Exam Master

I know there's been other posts about Exam Master (http://www.valuemd.com/exammaster.php), but just wondering who has been using this resource... What are your thoughts about it? So far, it seems to be an awesome way to see numerous questions -- practice, practice, practice.

Anyone know how the questions compare to the boards?

My opinion is that the Exam Master (http://www.valuemd.com/exammaster.php) question are more specific than the Board questions. I was doing the Exam Master (http://www.valuemd.com/exammaster.php) before I got a hold of some retired NBME questions, and the NBME are easier than the Exam Master (http://www.valuemd.com/exammaster.php). Its definitely a great tool for classwork, but I stopped using it once I found out it was very detailed. Hope that helps!

I've found that the questions are more detailed as well, but I would rather have more detailed questions than less detailed to help me learn for step 1...

Generally, I found exammaster (http://www.valuemd.com/exammaster.php) to be hard, although they did throw in some stupid questions that you will never see on the USMLE. For example, they asked what percentage of a med student's tuition is applied toward maintanance of the med school.
