this past week has been a downer.. been reviewing on the weekends, and doing questions on the weekdays... have been doing okay but your questions really boosted me... I don't know if your questions are phased better or I just understand them better... but I do MUCH better on your questions than those on qbank...

Have a suggestion... could you write my step 1 exam? :)

Thanks guys. It really makes me feel "worthy"... this is part of my way of doing God's Work. Just study like mad-O.C.D.-coffee drinking study maniacs and PASS THIS TEST FOR ME!!!

That is thanks enough...

Love, Tommy
P.S. Remember for every question, do the review of systems to narrow the answer choices down. SYSTEMS!! Think WHAT is the etiology? It is a autoimmune problem? A new medicine problem? A genetic defect? A neoplasm? An acid-base disturbance? Infection? Travel? Use the clues they HAVE to give you in the stem of the question. You will travel far with this tip... And always think of "What is the most likely answer choice picked if someone who did not study simply walked into the test?" Recall, they HAVE to put at least one or two CLEAR distractors that the "marginal" student will pick in error. Then, eliminate those so you can concentrate on the better answer choices. These three tips will allow you to travel further.
