The only centralized verification services accepted by various state medical boards for licensure purpose is FCVS (Federation Credential Verification Service), a branch of FSMB. There website is:
http://www.fsmb.org/fcvs_overview.html

Unfortunately, I believe you need to have graduated from medical school in order to use this service. Furthermore, not all medical boards accept FCVS profile... many do, but not all. Many medical boards also require official transcripts/diplomas in addition to FCVS.

There are no other centralized depository services I am aware of that are acceptable to state medical boards. Most medical boards will not even accept transcripts/diplomas from other medical boards (for example, let say you are licensed in State X, and now applying for State Y. The odds are, State Y will not accept copies of your transcripts/diploma from State X). If you transfer, your new school also may not act as your depository of your old school's records. FCVS (and medical boards) will want official transcripts from your original school. FCVS is very meticulous in their verification procedures.
